This License Agreement governs all beat purchases made through GrabBeats.
By purchasing a beat, you agree to the following terms:
License Type
All beats are sold under a non-exclusive license, unless otherwise stated.
This means:
- You are allowed to use the beat
- GrabBeats retains ownership
- The same beat may be sold to others by GrabBeats
You ARE Allowed To:
- Record vocals over the beat
- Release songs on streaming platforms
- Use the beat in videos and social media
- Perform the song live
- Monetize your finished song
You Are NOT Allowed To:
- Resell or redistribute the beat by itself
- Share the beat file with others
- Claim ownership of the original beat
- Upload the beat to content ID systems
- Use the beat to create competing beat products
Ownership
GrabBeats retains full ownership of all original beat compositions.
Your purchase grants usage rights only.
Credit (Optional but Appreciated)
Artist credit is appreciated when possible:

No Refunds After Download
Once files are downloaded, refunds are not available.
